what breed of dog is good for kids, stays outside and is easy to potty train?
I have 2 shih tzus and they are great with kids but they are horrible about learning where to potty.
Does anybody want to trade 2 loving shih tzus (sisters from the same litter) for one good potty trained dog?
Your problem with your Shih-tzus could be to do with the fact that they’re litter sisters. Litter mates should never be homed together, as they will always bond more with each other than the owner. A golden retriever could be a great choice, they can be loving and loyal, and can withstand living outdoors. However, as it is a gundog, it can get bored extremely easily, because they’re so intelligent(which is the case for most working breeds).Also because of their intelligence, they can be easier to train, as long as you’re prepared to put the time and effort into it.
